Conditions of acceptance of items in the branch:
- Sender comes to the branch during the working hours.
- Weight of mail item shall not exceed the limit set forth by a particular branch for the weight of mail item.
- The sender confirms that the mail item does not contain objects and substances prohibited to sending.
- The Sender provides the employee of the branch a packed mail item (or uses an additional service “Packaging” in the branch)
- The Sender shall inform the employee of the branch of all the necessary information for execution of mail item:
- Name of the Sender Company (for legal entities)
- Full name of the Sender
- Sender's phone number
- Name of the Recipient Company (for legal entities)
- Full name of the Recipient
- Recipient's phone number
- City of Recipient
- The Recipient's address or number of branch, convenient for the Recipient to take the mail item
- Description of mail item
- The Sender shall inform the employee of the branch the name of payer for the services (Sender or Receiver) and select the form of payment (cash or through bank transfer)
- The Sender shall pay for the services in cash, if the Sender is the payer.
- After execution, the Sender shall inform the Recipient of the EN (express waybill) number and the time of delivery.
Conditions for delivery of mail items in the branch:
- The items shall be received during the work time and according to the schedule of delivery of mail items;
- The Recipient shall provide the employee of the branch with the number of EN (Express Waybill), which is attached to the mail item, he wishes to obtain. The Sender shall inform the Recipient of the EN number at the time of delivery.
- If a Recipient is an individual, whose name is specified in EN (Express Waybill), he/she shall receive the mail item personally and produce to the employee of the branch one of the documents confirming the identity of the recipient: identity card or passport. The mail item cannot be delivered to a person, who is not specified in the EN. The mail item cannot be delivered without the production of documents or upon presentation of irrelevant documents.
- The Recipient – Representative of a legal entity shall produce to the employee of the branch:
- The power of attorney to receive the mail item on behalf of the Recipient, executed in the name of the representative.
- Documents confirming the identity of the representative: identity card or passport.
- The mail item cannot be delivered without presentation of the power of attorney and documents or producing of inappropriate power of attorney/documents.
- The Recipient shall pay for the cost of services rendered in the office, if the Recipient is the payer of delivery service and the form of payment is cash.
- The Recipient can inspect the mail item and its contents in a specially equipped place.
